Richard’s Signature Series Plus Lo-Lustre Paint & Primer In One is a specially formulated, premium quality house and trim paint that incorporates the properties of a low temperature paint coating, approved to be applied at temperatures down to 35° F, along with the benefit of being a paint and primer in one. Formulated with advanced resin technology, it promotes superior durability, excellent color retention, and excellent weather resistance. It is easy to apply, provides excellent one coat coverage, and a soft lo-lustre finish that resists dirt, streaking, and fading. It is non-yellowing, mildew and sulfide stain resistant, and is formulated to withstand variable temperature changes allowing for application in different climate types, making it ideal for both interior and exterior applications. Mildew Resistant – This paint contains agents that inhibit the growth of mildew on the surface of this paint film. Available in 7300-White; 7301-Tint Base; 7302-Deep Base & 7303-A-Accent Base.
