This color was first used at the classic Georgian Inchyra House to work with moody Scottish skies. It can be found on the exterior doors of their very impressive barn which nestle at the bottom of a rather gray and imposing hill, so the color needed to have depth and work sympathetically with the dramatic natural backdrop. Such is the magic of our colors, this aged blue-gray, can read grayer, blue or even green depending on the light. A great alternative to charcoal uses it to inject a hint of color into a super contemporary home or create a moody feel by combining it with Black Blue or Vardo. Dark Tones undercoat.
